Welcome to Dang Good Sweets!
I love to cook! I am happiest seeing the smiles on people's faces when they taste something I've made. Give me any ingredients and I will put together a tasty meal. A little of this, a pinch of that and voila, there you have it. My kids are always giving me comments and reviews at the dinner table like the show Iron Chef. Cooking comes easy for me and I enjoy it.  

Now baking is something else. You can't do a pinch of this or that. I still improvise to some degree and my husband is always shaking his head in disbelief as my desserts come out perfect. I started baking when I was pregnant with my first child, Nicholas. I made Macadamia Nut Cheesecake with Blueberry Compote and gave it away to family and friends. I would only have a little taste from the crumbs on the knife. (This is how I maintain my figure.)  

This hobby got me into making banana bread, then cupcakes and French macarons. With every recipe I need to perfect it until it’s the ultimate dessert. This is how I make all my desserts, with the finest ingredients and my passion for perfection. Or you could call it my madness for perfection.
